Hotel Healdsburg, Harmon Guest House, H2 Hotel and the future site of HH Residence Hotel
Join David Baker, FAIA, and Brett Randall Jones, AIA, Principals of David Baker Architects, for an exclusive walking tour of three iconic hotels—Hotel Healdsburg, H2Hotel, and Harmon Guest House—designed through the firm’s innovative “Community-Based Hospitality” approach. Through extensive community engagement, this strategy creates hotels that prioritize serving the public with the integration of public spaces, local art, and environmental stewardship, alongside guest experience.
With a proactive, visionary, and data-informed approach to building performance, these three LEED Gold-certified hotels exemplify forward-thinking sustainability that are designed for human needs, repair local ecology, decarbonize, and prioritize health, comfort, and control. The tour will showcase how these designs foster connection and enhance Healdsburg’s vibrancy for both visitors and locals alike.
