In an uncommon reversal of the traditional development process, the property’s celebrated vineyards came first. Before the resort was conceived, Jesse Katz walked the land alongside Montage founder Alan J. Fuerstman to identify the site’s ideal vineyard locations, helping shape the foundation on which the resort would be built.
