What happens when a great project starts with collaboration, not just a set of plans?
Join us for an engaging conversation with three professionals from different corners of the luxury residential world: an interior designer, builder, and luxury real estate expert. Together, they’ll explore what it really takes to create an exceptional home and why the best results happen when the entire team is involved from the very beginning.
The conversation starts before the design begins: finding the right property, understanding its potential, establishing a realistic vision and budget, and assembling the right team to bring it all to life. When designers, builders, and real estate professionals are communicating early and often, the result can be something truly special.
This candid discussion will look beyond the finished project to explore how the process works behind the scenes, what each professional brings to the table, where collaboration can make or break a project, and how different perspectives can ultimately elevate the design.
Join us at Bacchus Landing @ Aldina Tastingroom for this very special panel discussion.

Dominic Dotto, Dotto Construction
Dominic Dotto is the Owner and President of Dotto Company, where he leads a modern approach to luxury homebuilding centered on innovation, collaboration, and trust. With 15 years of experience in the construction industry, Dominic has built his reputation on proactive communication, transparency, and clear expectations.
He believes the strongest projects begin with collaboration during the earliest stages of design. By involving the design team and contractor from the outset, potential challenges can be addressed early, ideas can be thoughtfully developed, and every member of the team can work toward a shared vision. Dominic places particular emphasis on strong collaboration between the architect, design professionals, and construction team, recognizing that their collective expertise and open communication are essential to creating a successful project.
His methodology combines high-touch client service with forward-thinking technology, creating smoother workflows, stronger team coordination, and superior finished products. Dominic believes that careful planning, shared accountability, and consistent communication establish the foundation for client confidence throughout the entire building process.
A leading example of this approach is The Vineyard Estates, a high-end residential project that reflects Dominic’s commitment to integrating advanced technology with exceptional craftsmanship and luxury lifestyle design. Through Dotto Company, he continues to redefine the homebuilding experience by creating homes that are not only beautifully designed, but also thoughtfully planned, efficiently executed, and built to exceed expectations.
