Gather with your fellow Design Healdsburg attendees for a social and wine tasting at the gorgeous Flowers Vineyards & Winery!

  • The tasting journey takes you through the Sonoma Coast, highlighting distinctive expressions of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay from this acclaimed wine region.
  • This guided flight of three Appellation wines is accompanied by a seasonal crudité & snack board.

Experience is 60 minutes and reserved for Design Healdsburg attendees! will be joining us for a social + wine tasting. (No formal presentations will take place, just conversations between attendees!)

About Flowers Winery + Vineyards:

Flowers is dedicated to crafting elegant and balanced Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. Our grapes are unique to the land we farm and its coastal proximity, resulting in wines with nuance, complexity, and fresh coastal minerality.

We will be joined by Nancy Roche, SLA, Founding Partner, Landscape Designer, Horticulturist of Cultivar (formerly Roche+Roche). No formal presentation, this event is purely social during a wine tasting with an intimate group of just 10 Design Healdsburg Attendees.

About Nancy Roche

SLA, Founding Partner, Landscape Designer, Horticulturist, Cultivar (formerly Roche+Roche) 

Nancy Roche, Founding Partner, Landscape Designer, Horticulturist is an Illinois native, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Agronomy with a major in Soils Science at the U of I, Urbana-Champaign before relocating to Northern California. Her life-long relationship with plants began with work as a nursery manager and buyer for retail and wholesale nurseries, and grew through years in landscape maintenance and construction, and as the in-house horticulturist for leading landscape architecture firms. Nancy collaborates on the schematic designs, leads the planting design, sourcing and procurement, and remains personally involved through planting installation and often for years after, providing ongoing horticultural support to our clients.   More recently, Nancy has been a Panelist/Lecturer on ‘California Planting Design; A Focus on Here and Now’ at the American Society of Landscape Architecture Annual Meeting, 2022, served on the inaugural Innovation Board for Arizona Wholesale Growers, and was an inaugural Juror for the Pacific Horticulture Magazine Design Futurist Awards 2023.

After twenty years in the field, Nancy and Dave combined their complimentary skill sets and talents to form ROCHE+ROCHE Landscape Architecture in 2005. In 2015, their design for Sweetwater Spectrum Residential Community for Adults with Autism was recognized at the chapter and national levels by the American Society of Landscape Architects. Additional awards followed at the regional and national level of the American Society of Landscape Architects in 2017, 2018, 2020, 2021, 2024, 2025, and most recently for the glamping-inspired Hourglass Winery, and Wood, Water and Stone, a St Helena residential compound, in 2026.  The firm has recently expanded, taking on partners and rebranding as Cultivar Landscape Architecture.
