What happens when a great project starts with collaboration, not just a set of plans?

Join us for an engaging conversation with three professionals from different corners of the luxury residential world: an interior designer, builder, and luxury real estate expert. Together, they’ll explore what it really takes to create an exceptional home and why the best results happen when the entire team is involved from the very beginning.

The conversation starts before the design begins: finding the right property, understanding its potential, establishing a realistic vision and budget, and assembling the right team to bring it all to life. When designers, builders, and real estate professionals are communicating early and often, the result can be something truly special.

This candid discussion will look beyond the finished project to explore how the process works behind the scenes, what each professional brings to the table, where collaboration can make or break a project, and how different perspectives can ultimately elevate the design.

Join us at Bacchus Landing @ Aldina Tastingroom for this very special panel discussion.

MEET THE PANEL

Dominic Dotto, Dotto Construction

For more than half a century in Marin County, the Dotto name has been synonymous with exceptional quality service. This legacy began with Dominic Dotto’s grandfather, Roy, in 1964 when he founded Dotto Glass. Today, Dominic carries on that tradition as the founder and owner of Dotto Company. The third generation of the Dotto family to serve the community, Dominic is carrying the family mantle of excellence forward in the bespoke homes that have made Dotto Company one of the most respected and sought after firms in the region.

“I wanted to elevate the experience of homebuilding to a new level,” Dominic says. “We are focused on providing our clients with white-glove service — before, during, and after the process. We pride ourselves on bespoke craftsmanship, in which every element of the home — and the process of building it — is shaped around the client and their needs.”

Brooke Sevenau, Studio Seven Design

Brooke is the principal and founder of Studio Seven Design, a boutique interior design studio. She is also Creative Director for Matt Sevenau Real Estate and co-founder of The Workshop, a community space for art and conversation in downtown Sonoma. Brooke’s process begins with deep listening: to the architecture, to the landscape, and to how her clients actually live. She believes good design has soul, favoring natural materials with inherent intelligence, shaped by skilled craftsmanship in ways that feel both innovative and evocative. Brooke brings warmth, curiosity, and a distinct point of view to her work. Collaboration lies at the center of her process. She works closely with her team, and with the architects, builders, artisans, makers, and trades to create spaces that feel unmistakably personal.

Matt Sevenau, Compass Real Estate Advisor

Matt Sevenau is a top-producing real estate advisor and agent based in Napa & Sonoma County, specializing in luxury homes, estate properties, and Wine Country real estate across Northern California.

In 2025 alone, Matt closed $128 million across 62 transactions and has surpassed $1 billion in total career sales volume since 2010. Matt built and led the #1 real estate team by dollar volume across Napa & Sonoma counties, with multiple record-setting sales throughout, including Sonoma, Glen Ellen, Kenwood, Occidental, and Santa Rosa. His team was also recognized as the Best Real Estate Team in Sonoma Valley in the People’s Choice Awards for two consecutive years.

Matt is known for strategic pricing, disciplined negotiation, and a highly curated marketing approach designed to maximize value and create leverage. With a background as a founder, business owner, licensed contractor, and investor, Matt brings a rare combination of market insight, construction expertise, and strategic vision to every transaction, allowing him to identify opportunity, solve complex problems, and deliver outcome driven results aligned with each client’s goals.

A true local with deep roots in Sonoma Valley, Matt lives in Wine Country with his wife, Brooke, where they raised their two children, now in college. He remains actively involved in the community, supporting youth, education, and environmental initiatives.
