This tour includes transportation on shuttles. Attendees will meet at the shuttle pick-up location no later than 9am, and will be required to stay with the tour until the shuttle returns at the end of the event. Unfortunately, attendees are not permitted to provide their own transportation or drive themselves to the event.

Casa Olivos: Healdsburg
Multi-Mediteranean to Modern Mediterranean
A transformation from Multi-Mediterranean to Modern Mediterranean, Casa Olivos pairs a refined material palette with a resort-inspired landscape designed to frame panoramic vineyard and olive orchard views.
Reclaimed granite sculptural fire pit, water feature and paving create a series of intimate outdoor living spaces, while hand-fabricated reclaimed Cypress log benches provide a distinctive place to take in the vineyard. An interior courtyard centers around a repurposed stone trough water feature, bringing architecture, planting, and water together in a quiet moment within the estate.
The result is a sophisticated contemporary wine country retreat that seamlessly connects indoor and outdoor living.

Dry Creek Residence: Cloverdale
Transforming a Balinese-inspired hilltop residence to a modern forest retreatA transformation from Balinese longhouse-inspired hilltop residence to refined modern retreat, Dry Creek Residence pairs a relaxed material palette with a series of outdoor spaces designed for entertaining and enjoying the surrounding forest.
A remodeled pool and terrace anchor the estate, with custom steel shade pergolas and ORCA pavers creating an inviting setting for lounging and gathering. A pétanque court, chipping tee, fire pit, and outdoor kitchen extend the experience into the landscape—where guests can play a game, gather around the fire, or enjoy pizzas baking and brisket smoking.
A walk up the knoll leads to a secluded writer’s shed tucked beneath the madrone canopy, offering a quiet retreat within the larger estate.

Pickup/Drop-Off Location: Downtown Healdsburg on W Matheson Street, south end of public parking lot A, one block west of Plaza.
Shuttle: We will have 2 shuttles which will leave the pick-up location at the same time.
Destination: There will be two stops, with each shuttle going to separate locations and then switching. If you are attending with friends/colleagues, board the same shuttle. There will be at least one designer rep on each shuttle, additional hosts at each site.
Duration per stop: 45 minutes per stop. Attendees are required to stay with the shuttles the duration of the tour. Driving a personal vehicle is not permitted.
